Damaged or Defective Planner?
If your planner arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email insidethehem@gmail.com within 30 days of the shipment date so I can help.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, clear photos showing the damage or defect, and photos of the shipping packaging.
These photos are required by my printing partner to evaluate the issue and arrange an eligible replacement.
