Cancellation Policy

**Payment Policy: Payment is due upon registration. We accept credit cards and PayPal. Please note, no payment plans are available. **Cancellation and Refunds: Campers can cancel their registration up to 48 hours before camp begins to receive a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before camp will not be refunded. **Attendance and Participation: Campers are welcome to join late; however, please note that arriving late may affect their ability to complete the project by the end of camp. There will be no penalty for missing camp, but refunds will not be issued for absences. **Liability and Safety: All campers are required to sign a liability waiver before participating. Safety protocols will be enforced throughout camp, including supervised use of sharp objects and sewing machines. If a camper is unable to follow proper safety techniques, the instructor will step in and assist with those tasks. **Age and Skill Level: This camp is designed for all skill levels, though basic machine operation (like threading a sewing machine) will not be covered. Each camper will cut and sew their project from start to finish. The project is selected based on a beginner skill level. Camp is intended for children ages 8 and older. If your child is younger, please contact the instructor to discuss skill level and eligibility. **Additional Information: Due to safety and attention considerations, the camp is capped at 8 campers. A limited number of sewing machines and notions will be available.
