Hi, you guys! I've been keeping up with all your comments and so happy to hear about your progress in making the Dash Sweatpants! I finished my Dash pants tonight and I really like them, I used a lightweight waffle knit I found at Hobby Lobby. I chose the high waisted 1.5 “ elastic band. Very comfortable.. I would like to make another pair soon.

Woohoo, got my pattern printed, now to find some fabric in my stash.

So I finished one pair for me, they turned out ok, rather loose fitting, I think next time, I will taper the legs toward the ankle as I found them rather baggy for my personal choice. The fabric I used was a lightweight viscose knit I had in my stash, so a heavier weight material would be a much better choice. Good lounging pants for the house.

I made a second pair for my husband. These turned out way better and he’s taller so fit him better in the leg without shortening the length. I probably could have made one size smaller for him, as they were a big baggy across the front but that’s ok as he has room to bend and sit. 😆Made his from needle corduroy from my stash.
