Warm and cozy
Forgot to post before the end of March but I finished my vest. I made it from some black wool from my stash and a grey cotton that was a duvet cover it it's past life.
Made a couple of changes: I add a dart to shape the arm hole at the bust and I double layered the pocket so that I didn't have to turn the edges of the curve.
This was a slow sew for me as I decided that I didn't want to see topstitching so I hand sewed the bias tape.
